Where to find photograph for Giul?

She mentions a pic of her mother she wants, but I scoured the underground bunker and couldnt find it anywhere. Its supposed to be a required step for (spoilers) keeping that dude from staying and not going with you on the train when you leave.

Anyone know where it is? What area/floor/room in the bunker? Thanks.
