What Are Those big Gorillas, Are They Librarians?
Just finished the game and man, those Gorillas are creepy as ♥♥♥♥. They can't see but they can smell you, hear you and they can telepathically talk or somewhat speak. I can't tell if they are Librarians or a man made weapon, even the worms are creepy to. Guess Moscow is in better shape then Novosibirsk. I wander how they came to be and the war that went on too. :mllrmask:

No, they are the Blind Ones. You get an achievement if you don't kill any during the Insitute level - Also I'd say they were subjected to experiments by the Novosibirsk Institute but I couldn't find too much info on the Metro's wiki.

I did get the achievement and they are called Blind Ones. How have they been alive for 20 years and were the Blind Ones eating the people from the Metro? Bones everywhere and bodies who have died there. Maybe one of the DLC may start in Novosibirsk.

I hope not, those things ♥♥♥♥ me up something bad lol.

For real though I'd like to go back there, the kid talks about some rich folk with all the anti-rad stuff which means there's still people about in that city. would be cool to explore.

Indeed but how can they live with all that high level of rads that cover the hole city. Stalkers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ at Novosibirsk as you will die straight away from rads but not Moscow.
