Replace Tikhar.

Anyone else disappointed that Tikhar can't be replaced in the 3rd slot? Never liked that gun.
I'd like 1st slot silenced Revolver, 2nd slot Kalash and 3rd Shotgun or sniper rifle. But no.

I am in the Caspian now.
I figured they would later on give another special weapon, just no idea if one from the previous games or something completely new. =P

i abhor the Tikhar. I have not used the "exploding" ammo yet so it might be tolerable then.

Well the idea of the third slot is to provide a weapon where you can constantly craft ammo while on the go. I loved the challenge of the tikhar in the previous games and it was even smoother to operate in Exodus. Though the hellsing is pretty even though it is only briefly used in comparison.

Later on you can replace the Tikhar with tranquilizer darts.

I agree with the OP and also wanted to replace Tikhar with a sniper rifle. I never used the gun in the previous games but after being forced to use it I am really liking Tikhar.

The further you progress (in the game), you will find two replacements for the weapon. Without it, because of the lack of traditional ammunition, you won't get far.

same here, i mean its cool that the ammo is cheap and you can make it on the fly, but really id rather roll with the klash, the revolver an the shotty... if i needed a sniper id mod the revolver or the klash
