I´ll refund it later cause this.

It looks like there is a mild difference - it seems to be just brighter. Whether this is helpful or not, however...
I think +battery for now.
Amp looks worse, seem to wash out image more and make it harder to spot details, defo stick with battery
Without NVDA: NV image refresh rate is lower (Ingame post effect) so your white green screen show more waves or glitch, and with constant white noise coming out form your NV.
With NVDA: NV image refresh rate is higher so few waves and image glitch, turn on NV after about 2s, the white noise will decline to almost disappeared.
So NVDA is kind of try to simulate Gen 2 NV upgrade to Gen 3NV, but base NV is clear enough ( For game balance?). Maybe the white noise with Gen 2(No NVDA) made you a little more detectalbe? But I always switch off NV when combat and sneak up patrol, can`t see any shadow with NV on, just use NV for flanking move. With AI can`t see lasers in 3 game, I don`t think they could hear NV noise.
Normal night vision: 2:10 battery life.
with NVD Amplifier: 1:40 battery life.
My understanding is it does what it says, which is amplifies the night vision. This can be useful, it also can be the opposite of useful, depending on the areas lighting. With the amplifier some areas are too blown out with light. It may be useful in very dark situation, such as sandstorms.
Either way you still get the flashlight and charger, so it is misleading how it looks like its an either/or choice.
