Can't Clean Weapons

I know my gun is filthy,it had already jammed in combat, I have enough materials to clean, I go the workbench, press the key I have assigned to that function, and NOTHING

Okay thank you. You are not the first to mention this and it does seem like workbenches in general are a bit buggy and don't always work as intended.

I just found a solution. I gotta connect my Xbone gamepad, and press X to clean my weapons.

Seems like the base coding is for console.

I found out how for me at least. My controls are modified naturally, so the key it displays doesnt work, however F does, holding F down cleans my weapons it seems.

The keybindings are buggy. Very buggy as the game was obviously designed for gamepad.

I can confirm this as well.

You have to use the default keys for some functions to work, if ya change them some stuff doesn't work

like when I set my movement to arrow keys, I was unable to use A / D choices in the bottom left of the screen so had to set them back to A / D temporary during that part of the game
