Zipline bugged?

After you go to the church it sends you to the warehouse ands there is clearly a zipline you are supposed to take over the river but has no interraction at all. is it bugged or am i just doing something wrong?

there's actually a dock nearby the train you take to cross the river if you don't find it go to youtube theradbrad a gamer already found it in one of his videos

You need to get the zipline carabiner first to use a zipline, meet with that person you are supposed to find, he'll give you one. Use a canoe near Aurora to get to the other side of a river.
