How the performance gtx 1070?

can i run 60 fps smooth 1080p at ultra setting with i7 7700K + GTX 1070 + 16 Gb ram? no hairwork and RTX off

yes.

my specs i7 3770K , 1070Ti, 8 GB of RAM, on ultra 1080p got 60 fps vsync ON dx11 , even on extreme I get 60 fps even though it's not stable.

Running on Ultra at 1080p with a slightly weaker processor. No problems.

It definitely runs great, so I would say yes. I have a GTX 1080 and run ultra at 1440p. Didn't even attempt 4K, but got 60fps at 1440p and it works well enough for me. Also have 16GB RAM with i7 4790k.

i get 120fps on ultra and extreme is 20 fps LOL
i7 7700k + 1070 + 16gb DDR4 3000mhz
anyway i think i refund my money cuz poor optimization

Seems that way. I didn't try Extreme (I am used to Ultra being the best, and since it defaulted to that I didn't change it and didn't know it was a thing until I seen these posts). May try it next time I play, but Ultra looks insanely good as it is.

Getting 45fps with my 2080 at 1440p extreme settings with Ray Tracing, Adv. Phys X, hairworks, etc. In the Semi open world part and damn it's insane

It might be safe to assume the Extreme setting was made for the RTX series of cards, and nothing older.

Possibly. When I turn off Ray Tracing I get a rock solid 68fps with everything else on.

I will still give a try tomorrow, because why not :P I am curious now. But sleep is calling me. Had a hard time getting off the game. Really enjoyable.

120 fps on ultra but refunds it cuz bad optimization mkay

Apart from frequent system freezes on 1080p extreme+hairworks dx12 in the very first sewer/metro 50-60 vsync, In the cutscene entering the sewer dropped below 50. ...need to figure out what's crashing the system.
