I didn't die even once from the Moscow level at all.
Did you die in Moscow Level while New Game+?
Normally that Glitch only happens in New Game+/Iron Mode if you died there, but who knows.
But it also hasn't anything to do if you got the bad ending or not.
You also of course only get your weapons and stuff if you selected (All my Weapons) in the bottom of the New Game+ mutation select screen, but I guess you did that.
My bad, I meant to say I didn't die in the Moscow level at all in new game plus, I am going to see if not selecting iron mode will fix the issues.
That's silly. Why they are gone after a full playthrough in NG+? That should not be different than a normal playthrough, at least it is for probably all other games if you can do a NG++.
1) Go to your save game folder (%USERPROFILE%\Saved Games\metro exodus\<user-id>\).
2) Move every file except for the config file to some other folder.
3) Launch the game.
4) Close the game.
5) Move those files back into the folder.
6) Launch the game again (All your chapters should be available).
7) Load the last available level (I think it's called finale).
8) Go back to the main menu, and start your NG+
If it worked, right after you rescue your wife, the weapons you get will be the engame weapons you had during your completed playthrough. Also, I don't know if this is unintentional, but this method also gives you all of your previous armor and tech upgrades as well.
I'm too lazy to go load the last chapter, but just in case, will skipping the ending scene affect it in anyway or don't risk skipping the ending?
That's the whole point of New Game plus.
The last chapter "Finale" is actually just the ending seen from your playthrough, just load that, and return to main menu and start a new game plus with "My Weapons" and anything else you want. This should fix the problem, it did for me and for many others.
