All upgrades already unlocked?

Just noticed that i have pretty much all suit upgrades unlocked and i just started playing the level Volga. Using a collectibles list, the suit upgrades were not spawning and when i went to a workbench, i noticed, i already have them all. Playing on Ranger Hardcore.

Dito. I restarted the map Volga and saw that all my suits upgrades are unlocked don't know why.

Is this from a new save profile or new game+?

That is why there is no weapons. You shouldn't even be able to even select new game+ when using new save profile. You have to start a new game on top of an existing profile where you completed the game.

I tried a new save and then tested restarting the level as the 1st post indicated, and this is the problem. Once you restart the level, the game gives you all upgrades, does not matter if you picked up any. So restarting a level is unadvisable for a 1st playthrough.

Soooo I started a new game plus from a super old save profile from when I first beat the game, set My Weapons mode, and played to Volga. I now have all armor unlocks and seemingly all weapon unlocks too (maybe my prior playthrough had them but I doubt it).

Same happened to me. I missed 2 upgrades on my 1st playthrough, started ng+ with iron man mode, came to volga and saw all upgrades are unlocked. That means i cannot get the achievement and that is very frustrating.

I will try playing new game and see what happens.

Yeah, no way around it, you either find all suit upgrades on your first time playing a level or the achievement is gone for good. No restarting, does not matter how dire you need a restart.

Rly? Thats some massive bs. Hopefully the dev team see this and fix it :(

Edit: If i start a brand new game from a new slot does it work? Also what if i simply delete all my saves from the folder?

You have to start from scratch, create new save Profile. It really sucks when you find it out too late..
