Can I Run This Game?

Hey all, I have a AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor with 16GB RAM and a R9 280 (I think as it shows as R9 200 Series) that has 2GB VRAM and 4 GHz on the CPU speed. What kind of settings and FPS could I get? Thanks.

Your VRAM might limit you. The game isn't really CPU heavy, but even with a good rig, you still might get stutters that are unrelated to specs (Denuvo, latest patch broke performance, DX12 can cause poor performance etc.) Specs wise, you're good (except for the VRAM). Also, you probably won't be able to use RTX since your GPU card is an AMD card. I get 60-70 FPS on mine (mind you, that's with RTX ON on Ultra) Turn it off, and you'll probably get 120 FPS like I do.

Your only problem will probably be the VRAM. Everything else looks good. Unfortunatly the game is GPU intensive and not much can be done by that. Maybe with everything low you are able to run it at 30FPS... As stated, 60Gb for storage.

Ah that doesn't sound too good. I'm more of a 60FPS person that normally plays all games on high if I can. And hearing that people are having issues with the game, I might wait until I get a better graphics card or more VRAM. I can play most high end games for now anyway. Thanks for you help!

I previously had and GTX 1050 2GB VRAM (this was a minimum requirement for the game to run) and although yes, yours is better then mine was, they have the same VRAM and my GPU would get wrecked when trying to play this game. It just couldnt process all the data. I shot a bullet with a gun and the game would freeze for a second before firing... Now with my RTX 2060 and 6GB VRAM and with all the other parts the same as before, no problem whatsoever.

So it was definitly the GPU that was causing the bottleneck there. In my opinion, this game requires 4GB VRAM minimum...

The minimum requirements that 4A gave out of 8GB RAM and a GTX 1050 minimum to play the game werent even close...
