GPU not using all of it's potential.

Hi guys I used to play fairly normal yesterday and my GPU usage was about 99% but today my GPU usage is around 50% to 60% and CPU is like syncing GPU usage, it is about 50% to 60% too. On the title screen where Anna holds a cup, GPU uses al of it's potential but once I enter the game it goes down to 55%.
My specs are:
ASUS RTX 3050
i5-10400F
8 Gb HyperX ram
PRIME H410M-E
My drivers and windows is up-to-date. I posted this on the Enhanced Edition's community but since nobody saw that I posted it here.

try running the game at low graphics and see how it runs

I decided to buy a ram stick yesterday. Also watched some gameplay videos which one guy had the same system with me and the other guy had the same system but an additional ram stick; his game was working just fine while the other one having the same issue as me. Thanks for the advice anyways, man!

8gb of ram is more then likely your issue, make sure if got an 8 gb stick it matches the one you have exactly.
