Note: I hate that, the enhanced edition is just a visual major to those people who has better PC's, just that

If you buy the standard edition you will get the enhanced edition included, in your library you will have two separate installers, one will be the standard edition and the other the enhanced edition.
You don't get any DLC with the standard edition, if you want the DLC buy the gold edition that comes with the standard edition, enhanced edition and all DLC.
