Blurry image when moving

Hi people, I'm playing the enhanced edition and the screen becomes kinda blurry whenever I move. It's not DLSS (set on quality) since the image is sharp when standing still, so I'd go for the forced TAA antialiasing. Does anyone by any chance has a fix for this ? I'd be grateful.

Playing on ultra 1080p with a 3060ti, 16gb ram and an i7 8700. VRS and motion blur are off, RT on normal.
