How do i start New Game plus?

I already completed the game but i dont know how to start the New Game plus

Select old save-file for rewriting.

When you're at the menu to start a new game, there will be 2 choices, either start a new game or start game + with parameters you can set to begin with like example: start with zero weapons or one weapon etc...

When I select New Game menu option, I don't the New Game/New Game+ option.

When I select New Game, I get sent straight to the difficult setting menu.

I know for sure I used three save files. One for Exodus, one for The Two Colonels, and one for Sam's Story. ... I remember for sure seeing the three save files in my load screen.

Am kind of worried I might have somehow lost the Exodus one though. I can only see Game 1 and Game 2 (folders) in my save file.
