30+ hours if you listen to all the dialogue and do all side quests. Maybe 15 if you rush it.

do all side quests, find all upgrades, explore every part of each map. you'll have a good o'l time.

personally, i recommend you do all your exploration first before you do any missions. the game doesn't respawn enemies or monsters killed in these areas, so they will be empty when the story takes you back to them. :p
