Can't check wristwatch
Everytime I press Y he lifts his hand but not high enough to see his watch. I have reinstalled the game but he'll still do the same thing.

Change your FOV in the config file.

C:\User\[name]\Saved Games\metro exodus\[#####]\user.cfg

r_base_fov

I have mine set to 70 and I cant pretty much see everything and then some with out it fish eyeing.

Metro uses vFoV and 70 is really high for that.
