Save files lost !! - Epic Games launcher

Hi, i have 9+ hours into the game, and my savefiles are lost !!
What can i do ???

Edit* I just found them. idk what happened,
They are in <C:\Users\User\Saved Games\metro exodus>
But MY savefiles, where inside a folder with this name -> "ffffffffffffffffffffff"

Why and how do this happens ¡???

Ignore them. Did you fix the issue by disabling cloud saving on EGS?

Cloud save on epic was disabled BEFORE i started playing.
So idk why the save files went to a folder with "fffffffffff" name.
But i could recover it, and make a copy too.
