How long is the last chapter (after autumn)

It's very short and linear -- not really open-world like the other maps.

Novosibirsk, it's a few hours gameplay if you take your time and explore. It can be probably done in an hour or stretched out to 3? hours. There's not a lot to find and the objective is very straightforward but being a story game and this being the defining chapter then I suggest you take your time.
