Missed the teddy bear, Am I able to go back and get it?

I'm at the bridge, I assumed once you open it and the train is able to come in, you're given an opportunity to travel forward or explore the area for anything you've missed. Seems that isn't the case. Will this affect the ending? I haven't killed any cultists or bandits that surrendered, I have the guitar too.

There's no actual karma point for the little girls bear so I think you'll be fine. It's just fun.

I thought you got a karma point, but it likely doesn't matter. You see a teddy bear and guitars on the train later anyways even if you skip them on Volga.
