No, it requires a DXR 1.1 capable card, meaning hardware acceleration.
This mean RTX cards and Radeon 6000 only.
I read this article:
https://venturebeat.com/2019/04/11/ray-tracing-on-gtx-1060
Was hoping it's true. So it really is not possible?
Wrong.

That said, it's still probably better off to run just the regular Exodus instead of the enhanced for a 1060. I have a 1070 and will be running the regular version, I don't care about the ray tracing.
According to the developers you need at least a 2060 to run enhanced edition so yeah, I would reccomend sticking with the the regular version.
Wait, are you able to run it with the 1070? I just want to be able to run it once and lower all the settings and set RTX to off if possible.
Stick with the original game. It still holds up well in 2021 even without RTX.
I just want to play the game with full Dualsense support. That's why I wanted to play this version than the original.
I installed the normal version, not a fan though so I got as refund. Can't test it out for you, sorry.
You can play the normal version instead, not EE.
