Game laggs in menu

Hi there!
I've just bought metro yesterday and i'm expericing massive laggs while loading to main menu of the game. I dont know what to do to get rid of that, i've already checked settings in game directly as well as in my nvidia panel coz i've found a video about but nothing seems to work. The game itself runs smoothly on medium settings, wchich is supprising to me to be honest coz i have quite ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cpu ( Intel i5 650 3,2 Ghz with 970 4gb nevidia geforce). I only have problems with stuttering graphics while loading to menu ( also time of this loading is pretty damn long ).
If anyone has a solution that wont requires replacing my computer parts i'd be much appreciateted.

Disable the Intro movies for a start. You can delete them if you like, that's what I did.

If the game is crashing on start if you delete the webm files, replace them with empty files.

Ok guys i think i've found the solution to this problem, u need to go to the direct folder of the game wchich is located : steam/steamapps/metro exodus , and then u need to locate 3 files: credits, intro and legal , all of them are WEBM type files , at least they should be , then u change their names ( for instance i added name old to them) , be advise: by changing their name u also change their extennsion , just agree on that and click ok. By doing so u basiclly skipping that annoying intro to the game wchich was unskippable , plus the game doesnt need to load that shi.t so menu is loading faster at least it works for me
