Ah crap... not sure i mean it was 5 years ago when i had this bug. LOL
I can't remember to be honest... maybe i reloaded the chapter ?
Not sure, try searching the forum again, maybe someone had this bug more recently.
There is a relay board near the bunker doors you passed through after leaving the elevator. One must plug in their flashlight charger to repower the room after pulling the switch that makes the lights go out.
Just wanted to say I had the same bug and tried everything: restarted the chapter, rushed to the elevator, disabled cloud — nothing worked.
What finally fixed it was literally sticking to Miller’s back the whole way.
Huge thanks for sharing this solution to such a weird bug.
