Help! Can't even reach the main menu
I got the Xbox Game Pass a couple of days ago and decided to give this game a shot. First time I booted it I got to the main menu, but every single time after that it crashes, makes my computer freeze, or sometimes even causes the whole computer to reboot.

Safe mode does not work.
Starting as admin does not work.
The god awful file system used by the Xbox app doesn't allow for any changes to the files, so it's impossible to change any settings outside of the game as far as I know.

Is there a fix to this? Or will I just have to throw away this mess?

Thank you, you're a life saver!

I do not have iCUE installed I think, but I could change the settings a bit in GeForce Experience. I think the resolution was what crashed it for me. Worked as soon as I changed it.

I also downloaded the game via Xbox Game Pass but it won't even display a load screen and am not able to change/optimize settings via geforce experience (guessing because the game has never been able to start).

I have the epic version so cannot investigate what Xbox Game Pass is doing!
But maybe try setting your screen resolution lower in the nvidia control panel and see if the game will start. And then go back to normal resolution and........ :)
