i've done all that i was able to, pre rendered frames wasnt there vr pre rendered frames was, and it fixed the can crash, but then i had charged into the room and got a caspian sea freeze, so i disabled teselation and hair works, and has gotten me into that room
Was going to say, where exactly are you but if crashing is regular then look elsewhere I think.
Out of curiosity, checked your temps?
i did get a repeatable freeze during the lighthouse along with multiple other caspian sea freeze.
Following the posters dev response above has fixed my taiga repeatable crash, and like i said removing hair works and tessellation, it was probably hair works however i disabled both, seems to have put a stop to the freezes
the first part played perfectly fine, i was 20 hours in at the end of the snow level, the issue started at the lighthouse, and continued from there.
