Metro Exodus think I'm using PS4 controller

Hey everyone,

For some reason Metro Exodus defaults to thinking I'm using my PS4 controller when I'm actually using a keyboard and mouse. My PS4 controller is not connected when I launch Metro Exodus, and I've tried restarting Steam to only give me the same problem.

Anyone else experience this issue?

Yes. It would randomly start to make me get out of the car, put gas mask on, it would mess the toggle on weapon aiming. It wouldn't go away until I closed and restarted the game.

you paid for a product that you expected to work like all the other games you own, i'd say a negative review is in order.
if that is your only problem with this game, then you are lucky

I've had this issue too. Bummer that there is no fix to these issues.

Oh man, there must be worse then. I've had random save issues and saved file corruptions, and one crash in the 15 or so hours of playing so far. Those haven't happened too much though.
