Diary and postcards
I am on the end of Volga I still have and can collect few diaries and postcards which I left it, but I missed on the first two levels (Moscow and Winter).
I am lazy right now to go around and to find those which I left it. I want to continue to play story and to see next map.
When I finished the game and start New game+ do I have from beginning to collect all again or only missed?

Progress with postcards and diaries is kept in NG+. Just be aware that if you missed some weapon attachments or suit upgrades in NG, then started NG+ and collected them all and want to start "NG++", you will have suit upgrades and weapon attachments you found in NG only. So find literally EVERYTHING in NG if you want to keep going to next NG+ games.

It seems to me that it's different for the DLC, I don't know anymore. It must be said that they are therefore less hidden, easier to find.

Learn to read first. You also should get some lessons for manners. Constantly acting like cattle. That's just pathetic and nothing else. You think you know everything better maybe ?
