[Hint: Don't be too quick to use a Medkit. Most of the time, all that is required is to wait about a minute and the damage will clear up by itself.]
This is what I mean with how I've been searching for an answer to this. I've spent a lot of time looking through the game and online for an answer, but all I've seen is conflicting reports of it does or doesn't and it is or isn't based on selected difficultly.
I really don't care either way if there is health regen or not, I just want to know, so I can stop wondering if my health is gonna go back up or if I should use a medkit every time I take damage. Really seems like an oversight that the game doesn't explicitly say (at least clearly anyway) anything about health.
I've been injured with blood on the screen, then traveling around for a long time and nothing changed, one spit of enemy kill me.
So I realized it was better to use medikit as soon as possible
i emailed 4A. maybe they'll clear it up.
Health is supposed to regenerate slowly on all but the hardest difficulties (hardcore, ranger).
Or maybe my, "I have a simple question. Does health regenerate?" was just too much.
I know I know, I forgot the KISS principle. Poor souls must have been confused witless.
