The link doesn't go to a video? It works for me when I click it.
There are yellow/green colors shimmering over a white snow texture. The video is from the benchmark and persists through all different variations of settings in the ultra-extreme range with other settings toggled on or off.
I believe in that video I do, yes. But the issue persists with it off as well
Is this then a GPU issue? I don't want to have this 2080 ti if I can't use the features of it...
Disabling RTX and reenabling, does that fix the issue?
Does it look like it is coming from a particle like these? DS categorized this as a bug and passed it to the 4A for review.

Yeah, that's the brains lighting issue I've been having! The snow and grenade particles not so much. I see it mostly with landscapes in the distance and in the Troiga forest mission with the what I would assume are fireflies. When they fly through bushes, it looks like an old static TV channel with yellow instead of white.
What I'm not understanding is why is the color on the snow green/yellow for me? Every other particle issue I've been having (and in those videos) closely mirrors the initial light source...the only light in the benchmark video I put is the candle in the top right.
I'll try a clean driver install, I've already checked the game cache. I just recently did a clean driver install for the newest drivers that came out last week, so maybe that didn't go as planned.
Could this be an issue with Nvidia control panel settings? I'm pretty sure I have everything turned to Application controlled that has the option for it. I have Negative LOD bias set to "Clamp"...maybe I'll try disabling that for the landscape issues, but I can't imagine that would cause any foreground issues.
Thank you for your help and for finding those videos
