I have the opposite problem - trying to make sure Damir doesn't make it. I'm shooting people who surrender, basically just going in guns blazing at all opportunities though even I couldn't bring myself to shoot the wretched slaves at the old tanker in the desert.
All you have to do is NOT rescue the slaves by the tanker, and Damir stays behind at the end.
Free all of them. The ones that come to mind are the ones operating the underground spring, the canyon camp, and the ship prison.
Free the ones on the oil rig as well; yes, this means you must go guns blazing on the oil rig.
Bandits are free game.
How do you tell the difference between bandits and slaves with guns? I'm confused. I'm inside an ship that I think has been made into a jail. Anna told me to go there, so now I've ziplined in there and snuck in and knocked out two goons (are they slaves with guns or armed oil baron men?). I'm in the next room from the zipline room, I'm trying to sneak past but theres like 5 armed men there and I don't know if they're slaves or oil goons.
Bandits go shoot shoot.
