Volga Terminal (possible spoiler??)
So like I found an item in the Terminal towards the end right when you get the railcar, which Im pretty certain its a key item, like the ones you give to the other npcs, but the thing is I have no idea who to give it to, I found it on the little Tsar Fish, coffin thingamajig where they have that fish in the middle where it looks like theyre making an offering, it kiiinda looks like a whistle or a lure or a necklace or soomething, ive no idea what to do with it

It's a NG+ file yeah, so are these like for a achievement only?
