Caspian Ruin Damir Deserted Cave Town

Can anyone help me?

Game seems to have lost something. I'm supposed to follow Damir down to the lower wall where we assist each other up into a cave/ Tunnel heading towards the water springs.

I collected everything I could find before starting to head over the cave where Damir should assist me by giving each other a boost up into the cave. Damir, instead then decided to run back up the way he had come from and stop progressing. If you walk near him he just walks around the area in a circle.

I have no auto saves other then the area I have slid down into and now cannot leave. Oh and you cant kill him or kill your self and respawn. I'm trapped in a nightmare. I don't want to have to start the whole level again.

Any tips?

your only solution is to reload an older save for this or to restart the campaign without any 3rd party tools and want to keep everything you archived so far. i know its really frustrating and after that long time from release you would have expected these gamebreaking bugs wont appear but it seems like 4A and DS only want money so they decided to not fix that ♥♥♥♥ and proved it further by releasing it on epic games exclusive for a year. and btw that bug is known since feb/march 2019.

so for your solution: reload an older save (like before he goes to the bat cave) or restart the whole chapter. but be warned if you restart it all your progress will be lost and duke will be dead even if he survived in volga also a lot of your weapons and modifications will be gone and you have to find them again. i know all that because i had that stupid bug myself and had to restart the whole chapter because my saves were overwritten already. your only other solution would be cheat engine. but this also made me learn to keep a physical backup save on my computer like copying the save folder as backup in certain interval so if a game breaking bug appears i just copy my old save. i will still be thrown back but not as far as restarting everything.

Damn... Haha, thanks for getting back to me. Seems like I will be restarting the entire chapter..

Its a shame there's so many little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Its a fantastic game apart from that.
