How do I throw grenades and what buttons do I press please help.

You can set your grenade key in: controls > keyboard > weapons. (Throw secondary option)
The default key for throwables is ''C''. You need to hold down the key to bring up the menu, and navigate it with your mouse. Oh, and you can throw them by just pressing the key instead of holding it.
