Caspian sea cracked ship bug

So I went to the cracked ship hoping to free the slaves but ended up getting trapped myself and I'm now stuck forever, what happened is that I jumped into the slave pit before pulling the lever so now I can't get out and when I load the latest checkpoint I'm still at the bottom of the hole.

When I tried to jump down there I just died instantly. You didn't make any quick saves?
Even if you killed yourself it would still tell you to load the last checkpoint or quick save you made.

Sounds like you might be screwed and have to restart the chapter from the main menu

Well frak me I was using a trainer and had infinite health
I didn't die...

Yeah I think you'll have to restart the chapter then. I can't think of anything else you can do to get out

I got a Quicksave at the light house, I'll have to start from there.

I like to quick save when I enter a new area. Makes for good backup checkpoints :)
