Where is Saul

i did not kill him in the beginning.. when he appears? Where can i find him?
I'm know playing the water-mission.

I met him after the water mission. There is a road along the coast between the sniper tower and the lighthouse. On that road there is a place where you can sleep. Sleep there until night. That's how I met up with him, I don't know if there are other ways.

Got it! man, how do i know, that i can meet him there?

if you don't kill him, he will be on a bridge of pipes, near coast
you sleep there and he will show up

and then? he wants me to kill the baron.. doesnt he gives sidequests?
