Armoured gas mask bug?

Hello guys,
so in the desert area there is on the top left a hidden bandit camp, where you can get the Armoured gas mask. Problem is there is a ladder, that should fall down after you shoot everyone, but it's not. Any ideas?

There is also that one guy just standig around above the ladder. He does not care about me.

Reload it and be closer to the guy/ladder when you kill the last bandit reinforcements.
