How to except Saul's Quest? (SPOILERS)

Woke up to him chatting me up and he offers a quest, he says think about it. How do I accept it?

I am asking this because he is standing there doing nothing and if I walk away he says "Hey, already leaving."

Like what do I do?

I've played through caspian twice and didn't kill him both times but I've never encountered him again.

I guess you have to release those poor slaves around the map (broken ships), before you can encounter him again.

Ah yeah, I missed one slave both times, so that would explain it.

I only freed one slave area and its the one that they don't leave (boat with truck at bottom, you get a diary or so there too). They basically stayed and bent down. SO no lever. Then I did the lighthouse & comm, drove out and found the safe house up in that broken pipeway thing (no bench there, bed is in a busted van).

After you leave finishing the spider level, you will encounter a safehouse zone in your way to meet Anna. That is the spot where Saul will only encounter you.

That one on the pipes? What the heck. Went there twice but didn't sleep and never encountered him.

After you knock him out instead of killing him, you can meet him anytime if you go to a specific camp and sleep in there.
This camp comes in the path when youre done getting the maps from the bunker with the damir( that chinese lookin guy) and youre on your way to meet anna at the port... This camp/hideout is near the sea. if you open the map then you can find it approximately under the notch(outer growth) portion of the land on the map. Its below that place on the map...
