So I'm playing on hardcore ranger and I have no idea how to switch between bolts and explosive bolts

Apparently if you pick the enemy crossbow it has equipped the explosive bolts and it kills my gameplay, I'm doing my first run and I want to do it as sneak as I can, so how do I switch them?

Holding TAB does nothing also I have no idea how the weapon menu is

Hold Tab press reload

Hold throwable and move mouse in cardinal direction to change throwable, tap it to throw

ASWD are D pad prompts for the radio, journal, map, and "dialogue" options.

If he's made it to Taiga, he's pretty much over the hill in terms of difficulty.

switch to crossbow, hold tab, and tap R, that will switch the ammo of the weapon
