Does the ending of Last Light affect this at all?

I know the ending of Metro 2033 has no effect on Last Light and i'm currently playing through the whole series, I think im near the end of Last Light, and I just wondered if the ending to Last Light affected the gameplay of Exodus any and if it would be worth replaying now that i'v replayed the first two.

Last Light Good ending is canon for Exodus

If you ask me.... I'd tell you that the story of this game seems out of sync with the previous two games.... feels more like retcon fanfiction to me. (Especially since the first 2 games have 2 dudes talking about Submarine captain requests/stories. Yeah... second game used the same exact dialog as the first game for that one NPC to NPC, easedrop conversation. Regardless that Submarine story makes no sense with this story...)
