Flank sniper? (Caspian)
So. I encountered the sniper (on the crane) at the caspian.
However the only method of approach seems to be discovered and then rub straight at him.
Is there a way to flank him and get onto the tower rather than running right at him?

yeah i tried this a few times but no matter which way i came from i always got spotted, your best option is to try and shoot him the moment he spots you (or before he spots you). then if you continue you would be unnoticed by the rest of the enemies below him.

There is plenty of cover that you can use to get closer. Come underneath him and throw a molotov up at the grating.

I went in and KOed every one in the camp as quickly as I could after shooting the search light with a silenced revolver.
However after knocking the sniper unconscious (I'm trying to go for.A good karma ending) and getting to the crane work bench a car of enemy gunners show up and seem to know exactly where I am.

I've only really gotten to the caspian area (and got the car); so I don't know if this is connected to a quest.

I tried using two ziplines to escape them, though the second one I tried caused a hard crash (audio on a 0.1 second loop, game completely locked up, keyboard and mouse unresponsive) and had to do a hard shutdown.

While Met Exo is enjoyable it does feel rather cheap at times. Like a car showing up and every one in it knowing where you are exactly even though it's night time and you've knocked every one else out.

I like non-lethal approach also, but there's no possibility to complete this event in this way. Maybe, at the lower difficulty level you can aggressively rush and knock them all out, but on the Ranger Hardcore bandits on the crane are triggered to hard-alarm, and there's no way to flank them. The backup coming after visiting the nest is additionally scripted to super-aim and unconditional knowledge of your position (which is really cheap and MASSIVELY frustrating, imho). The only way to kill them is to shoot two guys with lasers ASAP, or they will hit you every time.

bandits dont count for good or bad karma karma just kill the lot only slaves must not be killed

also kill the first lot then get up the tower quick clean guns ect then shoot as many of the second lot who arrive in the van as they get out of it and are out in the open then pick the rest off by shooting through small gaps in yhe tower as you come down
