(Spoiler) Tribals...

I am in the sewer trying to get gas and these tribals have guns and can shoot back. Can I shoot them without losing karma?

Tribals? The forest people? If yes well you can't kill any of them they were just kids when everything happened, listen to every tape you find that's a good story.

I killed every 1 on caspian sea, and punched who surrender, and got the good ending.

I killed those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on the first sewer section, and still got the good ending. If I remember correctly, the stealth resets once you go to the second section: they will be walking normally.

Apparently on Caspian only freeing the slaves count and perhaps bringing back that photo.

One dude even replayed from that Chapter to get the bad ending and killed everything, did free the slaves and immediately killed them afterwards and Damir still stayed. So if you work on the bad ending, don't free the slaves, it doesn't even matter if you kill them afterwards.

You only need 2/3 of the crew to survive to get good ending.
