Artyom and stairs...

Ok, WTF is up with Artyom and stairs? In other terrain Artyom moves painfully slow like he's on a Wal-mart scooter, but he doesn't seem to understand how stairs work and just hurls himself down flights of stairs getting hurt. Does anyone else experience this? It's a great way to waste medkits, nice and irritating.

Actually this is the first game where Artyom has legs, and they don't work so good.

It's not his legs,it's the legs of the guy who likes to drink and wears Artem in ergo backpack,performing all the actions for Artem

you have to hold E or X with controller to use stairs and then to walk forward or backward

it's impossible to hurt yourself

Yeah, he is bad at stairsing, or stairs are WAY harder after WW3.

Sometimes he has to jump to get up the initial part of a staircase. The physics in this game needs some work lol. And his default walk is way too slow for the open map areas.
