Giul's Tower
When I arrived at Caspian Desert, I tried completing the main quest by visiting Giul's Tower. I killed off all the enemies but now the lady in the tower will not send down the lift so I can go up to complete the mission. Is anyone else having this issue? Do I need to start the game over?

It was already down when I got to it, I standed on the boat and she lifted it up

I had to replay that entire section for it work. I couldn’t even get in the car initially. Now it’s working fine. Ty for the reply

Caspien Desert is a buggy mess. I had zero issues until I got there and have had zero issues since I left.

I got to the tower and talked with Giul then we descended on the lift - Giul promptly rocketed back up the top of tower and stayed there .... had to restart the level all over again.
