Can the AI see your laser sight?
So I'm hiding under a rail car in total darkness, but the damn bandits are somehow still able to see me. I'm not emitting any light, except, of course, for my gun's laser sight. :metromask:

Yes.

There's an infra-red sight that can only be seen with night vision and the AI doesn't react to that, but I'm not a fan of night vision. I point my gun close by or switch to another gun that doesn't have a laser sight when I'm hiding.

Thanks for the help. Not many games have enemies that are so attentive. It's a nice touch. Also, I've found that holding H to holster your weapon can help.

Yep they can, gotta be more careful with stealth, they can also hear you now as well. But they at least added turning off fire pits which helps a big deal when sneaking
What difficulty?

I think this is broken in my game. I used the regular red laser all along, no issues. Just recently I threw the Infrared Laser on my gun, with the infrared scope.

I was heading up the passage to the Lighthouse and every time I looked through my scope in the dark at an enemy, the enemy would start to notice me. Just pointing the gun at the enemy head does nothing. But as soon as I bring up the scope, he notices.

I switched over to my pistol with a normal laser, red dot sight, and night vision goggles, and no alerts.

Seems to be working backwards to the way it is supposed to.
