Of course their got to honor the DLC to users who have bought the gold version, they have already bought the DLC. That would mean refunds for all thoses that bought that version.

They aren't allowed to sell on steam... those folks who bought the standard edition won't be able to purchase said dlc on the steam store just watch, and gold edition users? If they're lucky they'll see the content they paid for.

Not if those people put in more than 3 hours into the game already. They couldn't refund it even if they wanted to.

Are you very young ? Not sure if your trying to make a argument here; but it's in black and white stating future content will come to steam. If not then steam will have to refund users of the gold edition.
