how is extreme on 1080 TI his issue? if the game runs smooth early on and on Volga it should do the same on other maps
I am not at the map he is on yet with my playthrough but I can see his point, the same could happen to me, I can currently run extreme on a GTX 1070 at 1080p on Volga with 40 - 80fps but probably not later in game
He’s playing at 1440p, not 1080p.
I know but still though, it runs good for him early on but not later, thats a developer flaw not his system, the performance should be stable the entire game
Or a heat/throttling issue (unless neither is overheating).
Are you seriously asking me why every scence in a video game doesn’t exhibit similar performance?
For starters the desert is absolutely crammed with particle based physics effects and the Volga isn’t.
Then it was a bad decision for the developers to make the physics more heavy then the previous part of the game
if the performance is only bad in "specific locations" of a map a player can deal with that (example being the City in Fallout 4 and rest of the map is smoother), but adding more performance heavy stuff across an entire seperate map is not a smart developer move cause it causes the player to lower the settings halfway through the game
