AK drum mag and shotgun mag location?

See title....wound up finding it near the end of the game on my first run but had all but like 5 minutes at best to use it. There obviously must be one somewhere in one of the open worlds....and never found the drum magazine for the ak either.

AK drum can be found in caspian from what I read, but I missed it.

Really, just play through blind on your first attempt. Come back later for completionist/achievement attempts.

So they want you to play as if you ARE Artyom and his actions are your actions, but of course that doesn't last.

Yea I already beat the game....just wondering where these things are now as I never found the drum mag and the shotgun mag I found way at the end lol.

Yeah, and I never found the extended mag and semi-auto action for the Valve either. Or the Bastard's box magazine. All of which can be seen in the weapons trailer.

There has to be a shotgun stick magazine in the Caspian too, because the box magazine really is better and you find that in the worm tunnel.

AK drum mag is in the Caspian, it's in one of the containers surrounding a small bandits outpost near the slave boat containing the Motion Sensor (the slave boat with a bunch of slaves working around it).

If ye mean the 10-round mag for Valve, then iirc it's near the end of the Taiga level. The 5-round one is in the Caspian, on a stood-out platform in the middle of a sea of sand with a couple of shipwrecks around it (it's in the general area around the road from the antenna location, you'll be able to notice it right away 'cuz it's pretty distinguishable). At this point, i'm just doubting if there is even the semi-auto action for Valve anymore because it's borderline non-existent. The Bastard box mag is on the shore near the lighthouse, it's right beside the exit where you go outside after completed the mission to find the map from under the lighthouse, sitting on one of the chairs on a camp spot.

Hmmm... I wonder if the semi-auto Valve action was removed from the game? Or a glitch has caused it not to spawn in.

It probably shows up during one of those frantic fight areas in some hidden crevasse. Like the cave town in Caspain or the beginning of the spider tunnel in Taiga where you have to run through.

I can safely say the video about the bastard box magazine is false...found it somewhere in the volga...do not remember where exactly just that if you follow all the places of interest you will eventually find it.

You mean the 50-round drum mag? Yes, it's in the Volga, but the 100-round box mag is indeed in the Caspian as the video has shown.
