How do you recharge the rail gun?
Using the pump doesn't charge it.

It should work the same way as recharging the airsoft gun, unless you've managed to find another bug.

I would rather much be interested on where to get the rail gun... When Miller offered me his but the gun wasn't there and there was no prompt to pick it up anywhere. Did I miss something or was it a bug?

I had the same problem so I reloaded the last checkpoint and watched his movements, turns out he leaves it on a table.

And yeah the pump doesn't work so I guess my gun is bugged.

It recharges automatically, as well as you can pump it. Seems like a bug on your end.

Damn... Then it must have bugged out or something. Oh well... Not that I actually needed that. Shotgun kept me entertained through the tunnels and rest was stealth.
But thanks for the info. Next time I look if it's there or disappears again ^^

I did the same the first time through. it's just around the corner from the work bench on a shelf
