Dizzy/motion sickness/whatever
I cant play the game for a long time. Half an hour, im starting to feel dizzy, but still bearable. At 1 hour, or 1.5 hours max, the dizziness is so severe it's unbearable. Gotta take a rest after 1 or 1.5 hours playing. Ive tried disabling motion blur but alas, no effect. I really dont know whats wrong, i can play another fps game like cod, battlefield, overwatch etc for maybe like 6 hours straight, and yet i cant play this game for an hour.

Ps: pardon my broken english

I think it's mostly because of the narrow FOV and motion blur. 4A still refuse to add FOV slider in the settings (3rd game, c'mon guys, it's MANDATORY), but you can increase it in manually in the config file.

Adjust FOV to something 75 (config edit) or less. Try lowering settings to maximize frame rate also. Also, what's your age? I know I have issues as I get older (30's) with fast focus slowing down. I notice it mostly when checking blind spots while driving quickly then facing forward again.

Its definitely the crap fov setting. Happens to me on every fps. Fps are my favorite type of games but I need fov settings. Every fps game that comes out now has a really zoomed in fov.

I tried increasing the FOV but it left me with some strange UI gltches, Notably with the blood color screen outline when receiving damage. Disabbling motion blur is a must though. That abomination should never have been allowed to exist.

The game uses vFoV so don't set it higher than 59.

the fact you can't disblae motion blur in the options menu is a really ♥♥♥♥ situation. Have to dig in the files and fix that me thinks.

The binoculars also don't work well if you increase the FoV. I suppose the same for night-vision, but I didn't test it, I reverted the change after the binocular test.

FoV and head bobbing are likely the reason for the OP dizziness.
Glad, it's not only me. Heavy headaches, motion sickness here, too.
The fov setting in config is vFoV so, absolutely useless.
What puzzles me:

There is a working fov slider for photo mode, but not in the settings? WHY?
Please, patch this.

you need to increase field of view, fov
config file in install folder

change fov from 60 to 65 or 70

Like I said, its VFoV (VERTICAL) not horizontal, so it's useless.

I'm 29. I forgot to mention this. I can play lotsa FPS game, but i also CANT play lotsa FPS game. I've had this kind of problem since forever. Last FPS game I can't play is Dishonored (2). I even pre ordered the game, dang it. Some FPS i cant play including half life and elder scrolls 3 or 4, i cant remember. I should have no problem with specs tho, i achieved 60+ fps at medium and 50ish at high. for me it's still playable.

So judging from the replies here, there's nothing i can do? sucks man :(

I am getting motion sickness too. I have disabled blur in the settings. The FOV ist absolutely OK for me, but it is the head bob that nerves me. No way to disbale it ?.
