Where is Anna in the Caspian sea?

I just got out of the bunker retrieving the satellite images, and Anna called in backup. Miller said he'd "Forward all coordinates to scouts in the field", but I have no pop up. Where is she?

Actually, I just had a look at my map and around and I'm not certain what you mean, I don't see any particular sniper tower. Are you referring to the lighthouse?

Yes you had a pop up but propably you didnt notice because its just a regular question mark. Opposite of the Port where you have to turn left when you pass the train.
