[Caspian] Save the slaves in cracked ship?

There is a slave in a small cage which its door can be closed or opened and other slaves down the large holes. I tried to go in there safely, like limiting the depth I go until contact of an object but I noticed the slaves were waaaaay above the bottom.

It took me forever to find this, but outside the control room, you need to leave the power on, and right outside the room is a platform with a lever that will free the actual slaves and complete the objective.

OH! Found a couple of control sticks in front of the control room which opens the doors down there. Leaving this up for anyone stuck on that part.

Btw, to easily beat this place on Ranger Hardcore mode, I dominated right side by going up to the 1st main light switch, threw knife at sleeping guard in his room, switched off lights, then went through his room to the beam leading down. Wait for 1 guard on catwalk and other at other side of room to look away then sneak along the kitchen room, go right into big room with door close to close. Take out the heavy guard, go up, take guard out then switch off lights (don't forget about guard in kitchen under control room). Then you can easily dominate the guards with scoped weapons.
